The remodeling of the former Northfield National Guard Armory into an Event Center and concert venue is quite amazing. In the early '60s I remember seeing Carmen The Nurse From channel 4 there for an appearance! This reimagined building retained the old classic feel of the building, but gave it a fun, modern twist. I felt extremely comfortable there. Nice clean and well appointed.
Liz and her husband were absolutley amazing hosts for our wedding reception. They went above and beyond to help us plan, organize and execute our special day. The space was perfect for sharing food and drinks, laughing and dancing with our family and freinds. They helped us find catereing options, worked with vendors we brought in, managed an excellent bar, and made clean up a breeze. I highly recommend consdering the Armory Square Event Center for your next event!
I would like to start off by saying, the venue is absolutely beautiful. The venue owner/coordinator on the other hand, seems like she doesn’t enjoy her job. After we signed the contract, I was constantly feeling like I was bothering her when I had questions or like she genuinely didn’t want to work with me. I thought it might all be in my head, but on the day that we went to set up for our wedding all of my friends and family that came to help felt the same way.
