Some of the greatest people on this planet work and run the business. I was stranded on a Sunday and had to get home to pick my son up. The kind man who manages the business went well out of his way to help me. Not only did he open up on his day off but he picked me and my girlfriend up from where we were at and gave us a ride to his shop. They truly saved the day and made sure a Dad was home to get his son! 10 stars!!
We had a boat trailer bearing go out 13 miles south of Virginia, MN and they responded. They were very careful loading the boat trailer with the boat on their tow trailer. EXCEPTIONAL CAREFUL! Could tell they had done this before. This is a FAMILY run business and worked late on a Saturday to get us back on the road home. They coordinated with the O'Riely parts guy to bring them parts, which was amazing on that guy's part as well!! Absolutely would recommend them!!!
Wheel bearing went out on the boat trailer on the way home near Virginia. Got ahold of Armory Shell and they came and picked up the boat, found parts, and worked late to get us back on the road the same day. What great service! Yes, it took some time but they went out of their way to get us going. So greatly appreciated! Hard to find good family customer service that matches this anywhere.
What would have been an otherwise highly stressful situation was lessened by Al when he picked my wife and I up after an accident. He helped with the details of the process, spoke with PD and relayed all information necessary for us to move on. He went out of his way to ensure we got transportation and simply was a pleasure to be around. Al was absolutely fantastic. Got a tow within 20 minutes after a wild freak incident on 53. He was courteous, up-front about details/pricing/steps, he made the whole process seemless and went above and beyond. He took the time to make sure we were okay, and ensured we got to the rental company. I highly, highly recommend using Armory.
