rip people off, very high prices that are not resonable, no phone calls day of towing so 3 days later u have 120.00 in storage fee go 5 days charge 60.00 for letter costs 6.86 to send won't work with you
RUDE LIARS They lie about everything. I was quoted two weeks for my car to be done (after them stealing my car from the ditch when I already had a tow truck on the way) but when they said two weeks I figured it would be fine. It’s now been 10! Every time I call they say another day or two. I called yesterday and was ASSURED it would be done today or tomorrow, and that all parts were there. Now I call to see if it’s ready for pick up and they say Friday because they are waiting on parts! They literally lied to my face.
Took them 9 WEEKS TO THE DAY on a job that was supposed to take 8 DAYS AND STILL WASNT DONE TOTALLY!!!!!!
