Unfortunately, ever since this car wash became Oceans, the quality has declined. I paid for the highest tier car wash and my car isn't close to clean. This was not worth what I paid. I appreciate the free vacuums and the staff is friendly, but I'm hesitant to return after my latest not so great wash here. Great service, economic options and the service is incredible. The workers are very polite, helpful and will look out for you. The manager was so nice to us, he helped me out because my card wasn't working on the machine, but he didn't just say "sorry your card doesn't work come back another day", no, was patient and found a solution so I could wash my car and he even took some time to help me out putting my wiper blades and they are surely not supposed to do that!
