Dropped a car off for service. Said they couldn't work on a Ford. Fair enough. Said they might get a specialist and they'd get back to us. Never got back. When we called they said someone had picked it up days ago. They had no record of anyone picking it up and said it wasn't in their lot. They said they'd get back to us in an hour with a manager AAA had no documentation that the car had been picked up. I won't ever do business with them or a Lithia dealer ever again. I have had GREAT experiences in the past with Lithia own dealerships, but after how this one is I will never again. Bought a $65,000 Jeep from them 3-months ago and service has been a nightmare. The first time when a safety issue occurred it took me calling Jeep to get an appointment/loaner car.
