EJ was very professional and pleasant. I have been trying to have my window replaced for over a year. They have sent 2 other service specialists and the first one broke the glass as he was repairing the window, the second had the wrong glass and after all that EJ came took out the window fixes the glass and was done in about 25 min. If they would have sent him first I would not have had to deal with a long aggravating year.
My window mechanism was repaired today. Next the final inspection is needed to complete this window project.
