Armorvue far exceeded my expectations. They gave us a fair price for a quality hurricane proof window. We had 11 windows replaced. The install crew arrived at 8:00 am and hit the ground running. There was a 3 man crew that did a quality install. Our sales rep Logan Ford gave a great presentation and was always there to answer any question's through out the entire process. I would highly recommend Armorvue for your window needs.
Ron Weaver is a field technician that was assigned to come out and do some adjustments on our screens today. He was very attentive to the issue and made quick alterations to adjust. Very polite gentleman, and made sure that I was able to manage the adjustments before he left.
Worst customer service I have had from a company in a long time. We had Armorvue come out to replace sliders, doors, and windows. Needless to say it was a very expensive job. During the installation, I had to point out many things that either didn't look good or they didn't get installed properly. After the hurricane, we noticed that the framing around our newly installed window was completely rotted after the blinds literally fell out. The floor boards under the window are warped as well. Armourvue windows and slider fit perfectly. Installers were on time and did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. Would highly recommend.
My parents ordered windows April 2025, November 2025 installation team came with no supervisor and English. Doors were poorly installed, screens don’t lock on doors, screens tracks are too short and they fall off, there are areas where you can see outside from inside on lower portion of door, my father has had to put noodle foam in all the holes to the outside where the molding don't fit, the 4 panel door isn’t correct size so the screen doesn’t open, and multiple additional issues.
