My parents ordered windows April 2025, November 2025 installation team came with no supervisor and English. Doors were poorly installed, screens don’t lock on doors, screens tracks are too short and they fall off, there are areas where you can see outside from inside on lower portion of door, my father has had to put noodle foam in all the holes to the outside where the molding don't fit, the 4 panel door isn’t correct size so the screen doesn’t open, and multiple additional issues. Do yourself a favor a find a responsible company to deal with... This company is the worst to do Business with, they brought the wrong door panel for my sliding door, meaning the outside panel is the fixed panel the screws are outside any thief will remove the screws and remove the panel. They knew this and they told me the were going to installed it and come back to replace it, this was in January. I been calling them since and can't get a response.
