TLDR: AVOID. Tried to pass off shoddy work as finished and then made us manage the repairs. We hired this company for a major window replacement project ($86,000+) and deeply regret it. What should have been a straightforward job turned into more than a year of delays, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior. Great Company to work with, good price. Liam, Franz & Mike were great installers, clean, covered everything. They did a fantastic job. Could not have gotten any better. Very professional.
Eric, Adrian and Adrian were great. They were respectful, worked diligently for hours, and did a great clean-up!
I stopped in the Clark Rd store last Thursday to get a quote on an exterior door. There wasn't a salesperson there so lady took all my info and the door and glass insert I was interested in. She said she would have someone call me back once they got in. No one ever called. Monday I called asking again for a quote. The sales guy got on the phone and again collected all my info and said he would get back to me ASAP. And....crickets! I called this afternoon to follow up and he had already left for the day. I can not say enough about my wonderful experience with Armortech Windows and Doors in Sarasota. From the salesman to the installers, Michael and Anthony, everyone was so kind and professional. My new windows are beautiful and now I am not dreading the summer.
