Scheduled a meeting on Saturday for a screen enclosure quote. Received a call 10 minutes before the meeting that Dan was running an hour late with apologies and excuses. Received another call 10 minutes before the hour-delayed meeting that Dan was running another 20 minutes late. Run from this company.
Had my gutters installed today..Completed as said with no issues and installer Chris was very informative and made sure I understood everything..
Chris & Tim were on time, explained the process thoroughly, made sure I understood all work to be done, gave accurate timeframes for work completion. They also cleaned up after they were done to leave the property in a manner that looked better than when they arrived. They followed up with making sure the warranty was clear and how to file a claim if it is ever needed.
