I highly recommend Danny to those seeking to improve their health! At 76 and very active all my life, I started loosing range of motion, and experiencing lower back pains. He is excellent at explaining what he is teaching you and how it effects you. In a short time I have regained significant range of motion and back pains have gone away. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I look forward to a healthier life style and relationship with Armor Up!
