Stephen is very attentive to your individual needs and focuses on areas where you need help. He has a lot of tools that he uses to aid in relaxation and decreasing inflammation. He has a calm demeanor and frequently checks in to make sure you are doing ok during the massage. Highly recommended!
Stephens skills and technique is the best in the Kansas City Area! He helps with increasing my range of motion in my shoulders, and helped me decrease the pain in my low back. The strength exercises he sent me home with helped strengthen some of the weaknesses that were contributors to my pain. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY Recommend!!! Thank you Stephen!

One of the best massages I have ever had. He has an excellent understanding of the human body and how the muscles work together (and against each other). He uses a variety of modalities and techniques that make his body work extremely effective. Ones I can specifically speak to from my session; roller bed, pin and stretch, and cupping.
