I called Armored because I needed a new panel and an upgrade to my service. First off, they charge $200 just to come out and do an estimate. We were surprized as we'd never heard of this, but since we hadn't heard from other electricians that we had called, we paid it. The owner of the company met me at the house, looked at the breaker box and the service coming into the house. He was there for 20 minutes total and I gave him the check. I was here visiting my daughter in Gallup when we turned on my AC without the generator running and blew a fuse which lost inside power to my RV. Being two women with no men around, we did all the necessary checking we knew how to do. I called a couple RV service shops, but they had no extra advice to offer other than to say that in this town Armored Electric would be our best bet for the problem we had. Very helpful, large selection of electrical supplies. 2nd visit, I needed a power box time delay fuse & they had it. Again, they were very helpful & courteous. They made sure it was the right part also. I drive from Arizona. From now on, I will ck with them first for all my needs. Thanks, Armored Electric.
