I lived here for 2 years, and I regret it, the landlord doesn't take care of anything the right way only the cheap way. It's not a safe place to live in the trailer. Windows don't open, no smoke alarm, black around windows , floor sinks down and so on. And they want to charge $730 to $850 a month not worth it.
It's nice could use a upgrade but it is what it is
Trailers are not worth the price to rent, need to be remodeled and better appliances.
