I am a trail runner and Started acupuncture to treat a recurring injury and was hesitant at first because I was a bit afraid of the needles. Michelle took the time to access and fully understand the injury and has been super knowledgeable with a treatment plan. Totally recommend Michelle to anyone especially athletes looking to address the root of injuries
BEST RECOVERY EVER. As an ultrarunner and alpine climber my body goes through it. Michelle fixes me like nothing else I have ever experienced. Super professional. Super knowledgable. Super awesome!!!!! 11/10 6 stars I tell everyone I know with any body issue to go see her. YOU WON’T REGRET IT.
Michelle is a compassionate integrative practitioner. I injured my elbows and had chronic back pain and after carefully following the treatment care plan I was able to return to the gym stronger than before. In addition I saw profound progress in my sleep and overall energy which is why I now continue and look forward to my preventative treatments. I highly recommend Michelle for both mental and physical health conditions. I also really appreciate how she takes the time to educate and guide you through your recovery.
