This place is horrible, a debt that I had was paid in full but they have not removed it from my account, hence my social is still affected by this. I called and it goes straight to voicemail, simply no way to get in contact with them.

WOW, Pretty amazed at how rude and unprofessional these people are. Seems like its a small company with only a few employees and they dont seem to care about you or your concerns. Called twice and got the same rude lady. Dont deal with these people, go directly to the original service provider if you are trying to pay a debt these people will rob you blind. It's a disaster to talk to their customer service. There is this one person who is absolutely rude and doesn't listen to what you got to say except for what she has to say.
