These units are broken into on average of twice a year. There is no manager on duty half the time, no manager on duty living on the property so it's open season for your stuff. If you have *anything* of value DO NOT PUT IT IN THESE UNITS!!!!!
I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and was never opened. I called many times and no reply.
Star was great helped me figure out my units.
I did the online rental and it went smooth and easy. I did have an issue with my access code. Brian was extremely helpful in getting me access to my unit.
