Looking back at everything, my knee was in truly bad shape… I couldn’t squat without crying, I couldn’t kneel without having to immediately getting off that knee due to pain, I couldn’t even just do my job without my leg shaking by the end. Today I pulled 5 heavy bags of wet/dry leaves with 0 pain(where as before, I did one and couldn’t do anymore). I am glad I went to PT, they truly helped my every day life.
You receive a full hour of treatment for each visit. The therapists are very knowledgeable in their trade. They are also very caring with their patients and treatments.
I had 7 weeks of PT and it helped me a lot. Adam and Rachael we awesome. Explained the exercises and what muscles they were targeting. Would highly recommend!
Have been going for about a month and all the staff has been amazing! It’s so nice having a therapist in Three Rivers and close to home. They do a great job and would highly recommend!!
