If I could give a negative 10 star to this business I would. Their price gouging and fraudulent business practices are astonishing. The supposedly bought another locksmith that we used to work with as fraudulent and price gouging as them and then took it a notch higher. Being a captive client they charge 35 dollars per key. Today I paid over 200 dollars for 5 keys. They are so bad they even charged a 4 percent credit card use fee. I got some key copies made at Armor Locksmith Services. I was impressed with the friendly service as well as the selection of locks and related stuff in the store.
The most unprofessional unskilled key cutters out there. Half they keys did not work because they were cut so sloppy, they took an 45 mins+ to find the right key match (common key type), once they found the key they were evasive in sharing they key type/code, they really took very long, and underestimated ever stated wait times. I gave them a chance to make it right once I got home and the keys did not work… they declined, Fly by night operation
Armor Locks store has so many options for safes and security locks. Sometimes it's easier to handle and checkout hardware in person than ordering online. Armor's been around. Definitely an institution to support!
Great service went above and beyond to get issue definitely worth calling.
