Be very, very careful with this company. I called them told them my problem. The Safe operated fine except when you put the key in it went a little too far, but the lock mechanism worked fine and said that they could fix it the way I wanted it. The man gets out here takes a sweet time all day replaces parts without asking for authorization! I guess for 125 bucks an hour they’re gonna take their time. My parents had a 40+ old safe that they could not open. I reached to SCSC and spoke with Chris. He propmptly replied to my message and provided a fair cost of services. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the issue. He was very professional, polite, and cleaned after he completed his work. My parents and I were very satisfied with the services. Thank you, Chris.
