Be very, very careful with this company. I called them told them my problem. The Safe operated fine except when you put the key in it went a little too far, but the lock mechanism worked fine and said that they could fix it the way I wanted it. The man gets out here takes a sweet time all day replaces parts without asking for authorization! I guess for 125 bucks an hour they’re gonna take their time. They charge to come out and even charge for a tool bag charge. I had never heard of such a thing. The Safe had only one issue ... read more
My parents had a 40+ old safe that they could not open. I reached to SCSC and spoke with Chris. He propmptly replied to my message and provided a fair cost of services.
