Worst insurance agency I’ve dealt with in 35 years in the development business.
I dont recommend this company. They did not explain the coverage or bills. When I asked for clarification on what I am paying for, they could not answer. I honestly dont think they understood what they were charging me. I went straight to Hartford and they explained it.
I have been with Armor Insurance for a few years now and am always pleased with the service. My agent, Madison, is always professional, friendly, and prompt with any questions I have or changes I need to make to my insurance. It is much more enjoyable to be able to communicate directly with Armor than deal with a large insurance agency.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, and quick response in emails!
