Excellent trainer and top notch training facility!!
Mike and Ross are the best. It's not packed with tons of machines but they have amazing and uniques exercises to really challenge even the best athlete.
Absolutely loved my session and working out with Ross. I cannot stand the usual gym scene and this place is what I have been looking for for years. The place is clean, organized and the trainers are serious about your goals.
