Just funded our refi yesterday. Walked in their amazing office last week for doc signings and Jessica assisted with the notarization. Main purpose for the transaction was to lower the interest rate on a 30 year mortgage. My brother (local Realtor) introduced the loan agency / agent. We researched their reputation on google / other review sites and felt comfortable moving forward. Armond assisted us with the entire process with great efficiency.
