When Doctor Frede left the practice they lied and said he was on extended leave/compassionate leave. They kept towing that line while poorly handling my patient care. In the end only because of my level of frustration did they admit he left the practice. Not all the doctors there are bad, but whom ever made the decision to lie to me about my preferred doctor chose badly. How I was handled was poorly done. It has tarnished my opinion of this practice.
Have been coming here since 2024 to receive Antenatal care with Dr Wade. Staff are usually busy but they’re courteous & are always happy to help either on the phone or in person. Have seen the nurses for immunizations for myself & my son and they’ve always been lovely as well, taking time to make sure everyone is comfortable. More recently we’ve seen Dr Baht when my son had a virus/ was unwell and again an incredible GP. Highly recommend coming here for wonderful care & support.
I have been having appointments with Doctor Brunt for over a year now and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. She makes me feel so comfortable and is amazing
They will let you wait at least 1 hour and they dont feel sorry for keeping you waiting in the lobby waiting area. Receptionist said it normal there, yeah? What?! No sms or calls telling you the doctor was busy on “something urgent “ before your appointment time.
I’ve been attending this surgery since the mid-eighties and find all staff to be highly skilled and very professional.
