Nick came out to do a repair to our boiler and to a toilet. He was great, turned up on time and the jobs were done. We then asked him to do the Gas Safe Certificate on a tenanted property we own. The tenant arranged a time convenient for her and he didn’t turn up. Unfortunately, she didn’t tell us and we have spent 6 weeks chasing Nick for his invoice and the certificate. He failed to reply. I only had a small job needed doing ie. gas fire service, after a few calls I found Nick, and was quoted a very fair and acceptable price, I have quite an old fire and had been worrying about having to buy a new one, but after the service it’s like having a new fire again, I made sure I got a business card from Nick and will use him if and when I have any further requirements
