I lived here for over 10 years. When I first arrived at the apartment, it was actually pretty nice. I had a great view from my balcony of the mountains, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Then the Gestapo-like inspections started happening. You're not allowed to hang curtains unless they're white. Even though it says in the lease that you can hang curtains, they will berate and bother you until you take them down.
