I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this doctor and medical practice. I originally had an appointment scheduled and waited approximately 30 minutes without ever being seen. I had to reschedule my appointment for another time, bacause I had to go to work. I never got a call or message to remind me about my appointment therfore a day before my rescheduled appointment I called to make sure I had the correct date and time. Sarah ODonnell is attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was in answering my questions. Highly recommended!!!
I've been with Dr. Singh for close to 30 yrs. He is a great listener which is important to me. I also love that he has a diverse staff, and I have always felt welcome by them.
Dr Singh is great Dr; however, when he isn’t around some of the female staff members remind me of “ High School Cafeteria Mean Girls” who are cruel and miserable. We left the practice to a better place where concerns are solely about the well being of patients. Personal issues should be dealt with at home or internally and not brought to the office to be taken out on “certain women” or patients who are only there because of medical concerns.
