Alex and Mario installed our kitchen countertops this morning and they did a fantastic job! They were thoughtful and kind during the installation and made sure that the kitchen was immaculate before they left.

It might be a different experience if you are assigned a PM but I had a terrible experience as a drop in customer. I went to the warehouse to buy a slab for a Vanity top. I worked with someone who drafted up a rough quote and he said to email back the final measurements and they could update the quote and cut the stone. I got my measurements and emailed them to the rep and he never responded. I called him and he redirected me to a different rep Jake J. I sent the measurements to Jake 5 separate times and he never one opened ... read more
