It might be a different experience if you are assigned a PM but I had a terrible experience as a drop in customer. I went to the warehouse to buy a slab for a Vanity top. I worked with someone who drafted up a rough quote and he said to email back the final measurements and they could update the quote and cut the stone. I got my measurements and emailed them to the rep and he never responded. I called him and he redirected me to a different rep Jake J. This experience has, without a doubt, been one of the worst I have ever encountered with a company. My project has been plagued by issues from the outset.
