It might be a different experience if you are assigned a PM but I had a terrible experience as a drop in customer. I went to the warehouse to buy a slab for a Vanity top. I worked with someone who drafted up a rough quote and he said to email back the final measurements and they could update the quote and cut the stone. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my countertop installation. This experience has, without a doubt, been one of the worst I have ever encountered with a company. My project has been plagued by issues from the outset. I have endured six cancelled installation dates, primarily due to what I was told were false claims about product availability. The product is great, and the measurement and install were very fast. I had difficulty with scheduling the install which was frustrating but negligible. The reason I am erring this review is that for weeks now I am unable to remove fingerprints of caulking on every edge of black countertops. Without exaggeration, using rags to clean hands while caulking takes a few minutes for this size job whereas the glaring clear caulk fingerprint (they show up as white) is taking a lot of time, testing different products and is unsuccess... read more
They are bad. Terrible design and template job. Terrible installation. They had to measure twice and still screwed up. We ended up with a mutant looking countertop that had an eight foot span that was totally unsupported. The installers couldn't speak English. The quartz was bowing. They were unwilling to do anything about it. Home Depot should not be working with these people. I'm sure it comes down to money. Home Depot gets it done for cheap. Armina Stone doesn't pay for skilled labor. There ya go.
