I went here almost 6yrs ago and I have been wondering how to contact this place since they are closed. Armie walker did my C-section and ties my tubes where she messed up and said oops while I was on the table only for her to allegedly clamp my tubes. I bled a lot got a blood transfusion well 6mo into everything I found out I got a blood illness called anti k because of the transfusion and I got pregnant 6mo after as well got a big stomach problem swelling and all due to hernia when I never had one.
