People note that this is the worst and extremely dishonest real-estate in Armidale. These people do wrong listing for rental properties not suitable for human. Those houses are not livable to anyone. But they ask people to pay to secure the property first. After seen the property reality, they refuse to refund money . These people are extremely dishonest, please be aware if you try to lease or rent properties, specially with Phuong. Every possible support was received from the agent & response rate was quick, especially Georgina was so helpful.
I highly recommend Armidale Town and Country. Particularly, the property manager Phuong has been really helpful and efficient - speedy responses, recommendations for suitable properties and organising work orders in a timely manner. I have also noticed that the Town and Country team in general are also really helpful, friendly and often goes far and beyond to help with rental needs in general.
