5/5 service. Mikayla from reception was very friendly and understanding and Brodie he’s the man knows how to deal with clients. Picked my car from Uralla and dropped back to Uralla. They even washed my car after service. Will be back again.
Recently I was towing a car and trailer from Queensland to Melbourne when my Nissan Navara started losing power. I had hours of concern about the Navara failing altogether. I finally limped into Armidale and stayed the night with a plan to visit the Nissan Dealership the next morning. I was concerned that they would be too busy to help. I recently purchased a new vehicle through Thayden in Armidale . I felt like I got a fair price deal , the communication was great and vehicle delivery in the time frame they advised . No pressure from the sales team, easy to do business with and have just had my first service check in and it’s all great with the car . Thanks Thayden and Armidale Nissan .
Awful experience. Asked me to leave my car for the weekend and when I went to collect it on Monday afternoon the car bonnet was all faded. They clearly changed it. They didn’t take any responsibility for it
