We went up there at about midnight last night. The reception and triage nurses were absolutely lovely, but can’t say the same about the doctor. We went in there to speak to him about the excruciating pain, and he was nothing but rude and dismissive. He dug into my sisters back saying he use to be a “physio” and that he knows what he’s doing. He left my sister with more pain than she came in with, and left marks on her back and neck from where he pushed on her painful spots. He gave no sort of painkillers, not even a panadol.... read more

Thank you so much Armidale and staff you were all so lovely from nurses to doctors even though clearly the hospital was very busy, they did there best to help me, I’ve had rough experiences in hospitals and mental health facilities last few months, and you guys supported through the long wait time .
