Waiting for 4 hours to see a doctor and yet they are not sure when can I see a doctor. What a joke!!!!
The only positive thing from my 9 hour wait Friday night/Saturday morning was the 2 nice nurses I had. I had 2 tests done but none the wiser on why I was in so much pain and the ED Doctor was hopeless. We left as the Doctor wouldn’t come and update me and because the hospital is run by Hunter New England Health, all tests have to run through John Hunter in order to get results. Best part of this hospital is the Amazing Security Officer named David he is so friendly and so helpful and he is everywhere he goes checking on all staff throughout the hospital and nothing is ever too much for him. I have been to this hospital on numerous occasions and have seen him in some pretty intense situations where he has had to step in to control situations and he is so impressive he knows how to make everyone feel safe and secure.
