Peter was great. Had another appraisal done with another company which I thought was quite low. I wanted another opinion and his came back much more along the lines where I thought it should be. His appraisal was also much more detailed. To top it all over Peter is very friendly and genuine. I had an excellent experience.
Peter was very professional and friendly. His appraisal demonstrated great market knowledge and appreciation for construction quality and amenities.
Called and spoke to a Peter. Tried to get an appraisal quote but was hung up on. Not very professional.
