The establishment is a lovely place, but the receptionist was extremely passive aggressive. This discouraged me from using this facility to workout, so I left. It's upsetting that my greeting towards the civic center was hostile. This is not the only time I have had a bad experience with the front desk either. I hope this issue gets resolved because this gym is truly great and it would be disappointing to have such a negative experience once again.
Elizabeth, the lady with the gray hair that’s been there for years….extremely rude! The pool was drained and on the way out she was kicking out a little girl and her elderly gma bc their fees were going up. To give some background my husband has been paying $50 a month there for years. Way overpriced and extremely rude and hateful managers there. I think we’ll go gym shopping today.
At the armfeild civic center in pilot Mount North Carolina, the older lady who works at the front with glasses and grey streaky hair is racist. Every time we come here and she’s isn’t here and it’s a different lady we get in just fine. But when she’s here, she tries to humiliate us. Today, my payment scan worked perfect fine but my boyfriend who’s black had to update his app and she said “the payment is expired” when we’re on the same exact plan.
