Very dishonest people.
Absolutely fantastic and responsive staff. The techs showed up within an hour and took care of everything on the spot!
Too bad zero stars wasn’t an option. The most dishonest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If a person did what this company does, they’d be in jail. The few positive reviews that they do have seem contrived and purchased. I certainly wouldn’t put it past them.
Sure, everybody makes mistakes. But, there’s a whole lot more going on here than simple errors or “rounding up.” They aren’t honest with their billing practices. Management lacks integrity. Buyer beware.
