Exceptional customer service and workmanship! It’s been a pleasure working and growing with Armen Stones.
Over promises and underperforming company experience. First, promised exceptional turn around time to my clients on two occasions in which both times never held their promise date. Of course it was our issue one way or the other when both projects where ready asap and confirmed so on day of templates. Second, on the first project… wrong color! Tracey was my point of contact, and she did everything from walking me through their showroom, writing down the slabs I liked, pricing them ALL, going back and forth with me and the supplier for what must’ve been an eternity, endless pricing, weekend communication… I mean, the dedication.
