Dr. Armen is efficient and helpful, he cares. Highly recommended!
I had an awful experience at Dr. Armen Hovhannisyan's office. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The office itself feels dirty and unwelcoming. Despite making an appointment and taking time off work, I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. On top of that, they never answer the phone! I've been trying for weeks to get a simple referral to see a specialist, and I finally had to give up. It's ridiculous! I would not recommend this office to anyone.
One of the worst doctors offices in the city. None of the nurses care about the patients, it always takes 10-20 minutes to check in because they have you waiting at the closed window that they’ve recently tinted so you can’t see what’s happening, and the doctors aren’t much more help either. Actually I’ll say this, Dr. Hovhannisyan is great I’ll give them that, but I’ve only spoken with him twice in the 6 times I’ve been here and his staff is lazy as hell.
