Very unimpressed with this company. I agree with others about giving a ZERO rating. They placed me with Progressive, and after 6 months (!) my rate went up. I spoke with the manager, and they are telling me they have NO control. They enrolled us in Snapshot, which is a RACKET designed to increase rates. Two of our three care DO NOT have an in dash display. Whenever we touch our phone we get dinged. I told the manager they should fine a more honest auto insurance company to do business with. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. My policy went from $300 full cover to $721 premium a month in the blink of an eye. This company claims to be for the service members but it's not. It's all greed. After I called they told me they needed more documents and that was the reason for the premium increase. I had just gotten back from a field exercise deployment only to find out they had taken more than twice the amount for the premium. Service members please seek insurance coverage elsewhere.
