Has not been a good experience. For $6000 you would expect better. It started with an insult from the dentist about how my teeth looked- creating demand. Invisalign is taking months longer than planned and they have low availability. They put a metal attachment on months ago that I never was told to use and it tears into my cheek unnecessarily. When I talk to the front desk over the phone it is a negative experience as well.
We've had a great experience here so far. My kiddo needed a LOT of work, and they've been confident and had a plan all the way through, he's about 2/3 done at time of posting. Appointments are quick, doctors always readily available and able to answer any questions.
Everyone is always so nice and makes a very comfortable environment.
Years ago I got braces here. More recently I lost my retainer and wanted to get it replaced. When I came back in with my 3 month old son to get fitted for it, one of the dentists told me that I could have a replacement for free as a baby shower gift! His act of kindness reminded me that I had a great experience years ago too and I wanted to leave a review to share that. Highly recommend!
