Did a drop in here, and the coach was great!! He was attentive to everyone in class. He was also very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything clearly. He was very encouraging while still giving advice and tips regularly. The members were also kind and welcoming!
Brady is always the best. He makes my mornings better
I enjoyed the attention to detail in the one on one sessions. I haven’t done a lot of the movements since college. Derek took the time to teach me and critique my form which was beneficial. I look forward to more of the classes.
Brady does a great job keeping high energy during the class. He is also very technically sound and great at breaking down complex lifts/exercises for members of all levels. Always a great workout!
I felt welcome immediately and everything was laid out really well and easy to find. The workout was on the board so I felt prepared, and Brady was a super encouraging coach! I felt right at home, which is exactly what I was hoping for. This was my first time dropping in, and it was an excellent experience.
