My kids love it at The Lakes Kindercare I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility as well as the whole staff. Everyone has been so helpful and kind to both me and my kids. I get several pictures of what they are doing throughout the day as well as updates on the kindercare app. 10/10 I would recommend.
We love bringing our daughter here. Everyone has been so kind while she has been adapting to daycare. The staff is very communicative. I love getting pictures of her throughout the day! They let you know on the app when your baby has been fed, changed, and when they nap! The director is super nice and helpful with any questions as well! Her teachers are amazing!
My daughter had been at the center since she was 6 weeks old, and is now 2.5! She loves going to school everyday to see all of her friends in her “favorite classroom” so much love for all the staff making us feel like family, and us making sure they also feel like family!
The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Prior to the most recent director there were issues with infants sleeping with their bibs on. I do believe the current director wouldn’t let this happen as I’ve seen improvements since she started. Any complaints or concern we have is always dealt with. I’ve never felt that I couldn’t ask questions. They love your kid like their own in my experience. Most are mothers who have children which I really appreciate.
