We went into Amanti because we want to do 3 bathrooms. To the lady who got snappy with us and told us we couldn't bring our quiet, toilet trained dogs in, it's your prerogative, but the guy at the other place who didn't mind dogs, is getting the contract. Again, your choice.
Walked into the store this morning to enquire about some specific information about a job we were working on only to be told if we didn’t buy the tiles from this company they couldn’t help us and to ring the company we had purchased them from to resolve the issue The lady at the front counter was very rude and not willing to help us out even when I was trying to explain the situation we were in and if they were able to help us out
Gabby assisted us with all our selection requirements for our newly renovated bathrooms. Gabby was very patient with all the selections and her advice throughout was valued. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend anyone who is considering a renovation, to go in store and support local business. We found all the team at Bunbury to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mel in the store room, Levi who delivered everything to Augusta, Tony and of course Gabby. I had such a great experience at this tile shop! The store manager Gabby was absolutely wonderful to deal with – very professional, friendly, and easy-going. She made the whole tile selection process for my pre-start home project so much easier and more comfortable. I really appreciated how approachable she was – it honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend while making decisions. Her knowledge and guidance helped me feel confident with my choices.
