After doing my taxes for more than 10 years I suddenly get a bill that is nearly 40% larger with no explanation, and a breajdown of costs (only after asking for 2 months non-stop), that merely indicates someone who had NO IDEA ANYTHING ABOUT MY BUSINESS was put on the account.
