The customer service at Bankstown is terrible. I brought a plastic decration and it was broken on the side when I got home I see it. Only $40, when I tried to ask to swap it, they said no and blamed me. The customer service is very bad, the people are very rude. No wonder people prefer Myer etc, because you can return and exchage. Terrible greedy shop. Never go back. Always same stock anyway so boring and overpriced. I want to give Zero stars.
