Great legal loriet in the community
I felt that Mr. Lopez was not educated enough on Veteran's benefits or issues. Mr. Lopez also showed a serious misunderstanding of what PTSD is and, most importantly, what it is not. He appeared predisposed to his decisions and it appeared that my visit was just a "check off" on his list of things to do before he presented his misinformed decision to the court.
