He is a good hairstylist, but he is not professional. Today, with his actions, he lost me as a customer. I walked into his salon this morning, and he was busy. So he gave me an appointment for later on the same day at 2 PM. I got there on time. He was finishing up with another customer, and I waited - no problem.
