I have never met a more obnoxious, inconsiderate, and unprofessional specialist in all my years. Forget to take off the blood pressure cuff and oxygen reader only to realize he never took these vitals in the first place. Then, as I'm trying to go over my concerns with my hernia, he tells me "I no longer do surgeries," even though I wasn't looking for him to opperate, and then says my hernia would be considered cosmetic and that he can refer me to one of his colleagues. I was referred to Dr. Cacciarelli by another Mt Sinai doctor, and very happy for the recommend. He is easygoing, down to earth and very personable (and he offers evening hours!) - and, I believe he might have quickly and easily found the source of the GI discomfort I've been experiencing, a source none of my other doctors thought to consider. We'll see if he unlocked the culprit, but I'm glad to have found him as my GI doc when needed going forward.
