Purchased the Steph Fur (faux) Parka for my wife's birthday. Customer support was very good and they were fast getting my purchase all the way from Australia to me in Los Angeles. They provided me fantastic support from start to finish. Product is lovely and of very superior quality and styling. I would upload photos but my wife has yet to open it for her upcoming birthday.
This is a beautiful jacket and a fantastic concept, but I feel there are a couple of things which would make it even better as they are small gripes I have. The belt really should have some stitched in security so it doesn’t come off. I have almost lost it several times- one simply being sitting down and the buckle getting caught on a chair and coming out!
