Used them to do our foundation in 2017 we went to call them recently to do warranty claim and they are nowhere to be found! So disappointed we now have to pay to have our foundation done all over again.

Previous owner of my house spent $15,000 on foundation repair and drain the yard. Upon inspection of the crawl space most of the new concrete piers they placed under the footing are not supporting anything. I spent months pestering the company to fix it under warranty. They did send a couple guys out to shim up one pier, but that was a band-aid. I was grateful and tipped them $20. I bought my house in July 2017 and the previous owner left the paperwork for the new foundation which was done by Armidillo Foundation in 2016 (we bought a 1900s completed “fixer upper”). After living in the house and letting the foundation settle over half of our doors don’t shut. We called to make an appointment for Monday January 29, 2018 and the rep called and canceled 1 hour before the appointment time.
