The sound of the The sound of the high tide 8-string ukulele is great. I loved playing the instrument. Unfortunately the bridge exploded off the instrument. I understand that some instruments have problems and that's why there is a year warranty. I returned the ukulele in September 2020 and it is now March 2021 and I have gotten no replacement. Repeatedly I have been told there is a problem with the shipments. The customer service representative is no longer responding to my calls or emails. Replacement order# 1400716
