A little disapointing losing my deposit for a procedure. Unfortunately, my kitten is very skittish and scared from earlier trauma and I couldn't get her in the carry cage. She scratched me deeply and i was bleeding, and just really couldn't get her in the carrier. I was told I wouldn't be able to get my hundred dollar deposit back, nor could I use it against a future booking.They did however offer a telehealth vet phone call to work through options to get her to the hospital which i suppose is ok. Let's see how we go

We have been going to this Vet Clinic for over 20 years with all our dogs. They have always been reliable, caring, explaining clearly whatever the issue at hand is and giving options. We are actually moving further away but will continue to see them.
